I have used her for many "snowbird" rentals over the past few years.  She has personally checked and visited each and every rental that interested me. 

 

Somehow, she was able to visualize my exact likes and dislikes.  I was able to trust her to pick out a unit for me.  If she told me you'd love the place she was accurate, and I will end up renting it.  How easy was that?

Then when I decided to purchase a condo in Florida, she was the one to call. She was tireless and moved quickly to find me one. 

 

Knowing my taste perfectly I wound up, loving the kind she showed me the first day.  I am not particularly easy to please, so I found it amazing that found exactly what I was looking for.

We went looking for a condo mid-February, and I now in March, I actually own one.  This was not an easy task!  She had incredible momentum topped with unrelenting energy.  She has handled every aspect of the sale.  She's the best!
